All the rooms in the Admiral Guest House are tastefully decorated in keeping with the character of the cottages, and offer you colour television, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and ironing board with iron (on request). Most rooms are en-suite, all are centrally heated and each has a bedside radio alarm. We now have broadband internet access and can also offer a clothes laundering service (at extra cost)

The Admiral Guest House boasts a large,
private off street car park which is well illuminated during the evening.

The 'Admiral' is arguably the most centrally
situated guest house in the city. Less than five minutes walk from the city
centre and about fifteen minutes walk to the
castle, cathedral and all other uphill shops and amenities. The
university campus lies immediately to the south (2 minutes walk) with the newly
developed retail outlet areas, on the site of the former St.Marks railway station, lying just beyond.
The bus
station and Lincoln Central railway station, both in the city centre, are
readily accessible.
The Carholme Golf course, which incorporates part of the former
The Brayford Pool marina complex is right on our doorstep.
Since the arrival of the university, the marina has undergone huge
redevelopment, and the waterfront is now truly cosmopolitan. Incorporating old and new, there is now a wide range of pubs,
bars and restaurants catering for every possible taste. In addition, the
waterfront also houses the Odeon multi-screen cinema complex. During the summer
months why not take the opportunity to relax and enjoy one of the regular boat
excursions along the Fossdyke canal, originally a
Roman navigation dating back to AD 120.
There is always a good supply of brochures,
maps and leaflets available in the entrance hall to keep you abreast of events,
shows, films, plays and other entertainment currently available in the city.

business nature, your hosts, Andrew and Nikki, want you to enjoy your time in
